Over the years our good friend Malcolm Osborn, generally known as ‘Ozzie’ has been a great contributor to the 398th Memorial Association. In fact, he and a colleague Victor Jenkins were the originators the Nuthampstead Airfield Research Society (see below). And from this earlier organization much has followed. Nuthampstead Airfield Research Society

Founded in the early 1970s by Victor Jenkins and Malcolm ‘Ozzie’ Osborn, this organization was the predecessor organization to the English Friends of the 398th, and the current Friends of Nuthampstead Airfield.
