Kassel, Germany

December 15, 1944

Well today was number twelve. We bombed the locomotives and tank plants at Kassel. Except for the weather it was an easy mission because there was no flak. We bombed at twenty-eight thousand and still not over the weather. On oxygen for four and one half hours.
