This is a photograph of Hal Weekley (left green jacket) and Wally Blackwell, President of the 398th taken at the 398th Reunion in St. Paul, Minnesota in September 2001. The Aluminum Overcast ( AO) is in the background. Hal and Wally were both pilots in the 601 Squadron. Hal was the lead pilot of the AO at various air shows around the country.
