- Photo Location: Ardmore, OK (per aircraft record above). This is where the crew began B-17 crew training and where this particular aircraft was assigned. From there they were briefly assigned to Lincoln, NE before being sent overseas
- Dominick Pasciucco, the Bombardier in this photo did not go with the crew to England. Ralph Greenwalt noted that this Bombardier "left in Lincoln, Nebraska"
- All ranks are as of the time of the photo. By April 1945, most of the enlisted men had made S/Sgt..
