3. National Museum of the USAF - M1941 Field Jacket S/Sgt. Donald J. Shaw's Field Jacket, 398th, 602nd, Waist Gunner, Petska Crew. The bombs detailed on the back depict his 35 missions as a waist gunner on a B-17 from October 1944 to April 1945.
4. WWII Uniforms and Flight Gear, by Ed Nored of the Flight Gear section of the 303rd Bomb Group site. The 303rd was in the 1st Bombardment Division, 41st Combat Wing and was based at Molesworth. Thsi Flight Gear section contains excellent photos and descriptive text of uniforms and flight gear.
